After their operations, Joyce and Elizabeth are nursed in the High Dependency Area of the Transplant Unit. |

The kidney starts to produce urine immediately. |

Two days later both sisters are making a good recovery. |

With the help of the physiotherapist, Joyce visits Elizabeth. |

Elizabeth is at home with her family after one week. Shortly after Joyce is also discharged with frequent follow up visits to monitor the transplant kidney function. |

Joyce is now leading a life free from dialysis, diet and fluid restrictions, thanks to this very special gift from Elizabeth. |
